                  MULE WEEKEND 2011 

 Held on 6th - 7th August in Alford - LN13 9RB  www.radcliffedonkeys.com

From Monday 1st August to Friday 5th August Helen & Ian Brodie opened Little Paddocks for members of the Mule Society to camp with their mules and arranged rides out in the Lincolnshire Wolds and to the  beach.  On Friday everyone moved camp to the Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary at Huttoft. 

SUNDAY SHOWCASE

Won by Carl on Tia just 16 seconds ahead of Helen with Betty!

Dressage

1st Chico driven by Carlos 2nd Myrtle ridden by Helen Joint 3rd Mortimer & Betty 5th Tia 6th Chico

The afternoon finished with an It's a Knockout competition against the Donkey Sanctuary.. 

Four brave volunteers ran, jumped and dived into buckets of water for the honour of the Mule Society.  The event was finally won by the unflappable Myrtle handled by Ian a new member.  CONGRATULATIONS!
