The following rules are an abridged version. A full copy of the Articles of Association can be obtained from the Hon. Secretary.
All members to pay annually, in advance, an annual subscription due on the 1st February each year.
A member under 18 years of age to be referred to as a Junior Member
Only fully paid up members are entitled to vote at meetings
A Council of twelve elected members will be responsible for the running of the Society
Council will have the right to co-op members to the committee as required
Annual General Meeting will be held once a year at which all paid up members may attend
Annual Audited Accounts will be published each year
The Society being a Limited Company and a Registered Charity will abide by all Rules and Regulations laid down by the Charities Commissioners and Companies House.
